Product Description:

GAPAR-Hu는 친화도 고갈을 위한 anti-normal human plasma 총 단백질 컬럼입니다. 새로운 단백질 마커를 식별하기 위한 단백질체 연구를 용이하게 하는 혈장 샘플에서 전 세계적으로 풍부한 단백질을 제거합니다. MARS(다중 친화도 제거 시스템)에 비해 GAPAR(글로벌 풍부 단백질 친화도 제거)의 장점은 MARS가 전부는 아니더라도 대부분의 풍부 단백질을 제거하고 저농도 및 비항원성 단백질은 유지하는 반면, GAPAR는 알려진 몇몇(최대 20개) 풍부 단백질만 제거하도록 설계되었다는 점입니다. 샘플에 따라 약 90~95%의 단백질 질량을 GAPAR-Hu로 제거할 수 있으며, GAPAR-Hu는 새로운 혈장 단백질 마커를 식별하는 데 적극 권장됩니다.

GAPAR-Hu Anti-Human Plasma Total Protein Column Kit은 재생 후 여러 번 재사용할 수 있습니다. 이 키트는 LC-MS/MS와 같은 downstream proteomic 분석 방법에 매우 적합합니다. 사용이 간편하고 전체 과정이 1시간도 채 걸리지 않습니다. 컬럼은 여러 번 재생하여 재사용할 수 있습니다. 컬럼을 테스트한 결과 10회 재생 후에도 유사한 고갈 효율을 보였습니다.

Material/Equipment needed:

• Human plasma or serum samples (5ul sample per kit)
• PBS with or without 0.05% Na Azide or other suitable buffer that will not interfere antigen-antibody binding
• Elution Buffer: 0.1M Citrate/Na Citrate, pH2.5-3 (15.4g Citric acid, 5.9g Na3 Citrate in 1L DI Water, adjust pH to 2.5)
• Microcentrifuge
